Heavy rain is expected over the central and western Free State, southern North West Province, and eastern parts of the Northern Cape. An intense cut - off low is expected over the western parts of the country from Sunday to Tuesday. The public is advised that heavy rain and flooding can be expected over the northern and eastern parts of the Northern Cape, parts of the North - West and Free - State, as well as the eastern parts of the central and Little Karoo, spreading to the Eden District and Overberg on Monday, persisting into Tuesday morning. Small stock farmers are advised that short period of intense rain leading to localised flooding can be expected.
