SPECIAL WEATHER ADVISORIES: 1. Heat wave conditions wit h persistently high temperatures are expected in places over North - West Province until Saturday. 2. Hot and humid weather will result in extremely uncomfortable conditions over the north - eastern parts of KwaZulu - Natal.
MSBWX National Severe Weather Observations: Heat wave conditions observed yesterday in Gauteng and the North West Province with temperatures rising well past the 35 Deg/C.
MSBWX General Weather Observations: Cool, warm to very hot conditions expected today over parts of SA. Thunderstorms and rain showers can be expected in parts of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal. Isolated to scattered showers and rain along the south and south - west coast of the Western Cape. Heatwave conditions with persistently high temperatures are expected over the North - West Province.
