SA National Weather and Disaster Observations: 11 November 2014 04h00 SAST - MSBWX

Note:  I hate the fact that important weather warnings are either late or not incorporated in SAWS downloadable PDF forecasts.  Another very irritating factor is when SAWS warning sources differ. Example: SAWS Website display warnings but their other media and public sources do not contain any warnings.  It has also happened that the radio media broadcast SAWS warnings that are totally different then those being displayed on their website.  I need to bring these discrepancies to the attention of our readers as they might get the impression that MSBWX and SAWXREP are at fault here.  I would like to appeal to the SAWS to "speak" out of one mouth and to rectify these discrepancies to avoid confusion and misinterpretation.
