Confusing SA National Severe Weather Warnings: 2 July 2014 04h00 SAST - SAWS

Once again confusion and conflict with today's weather warnings.  The following images speak for themselves. SAWS 's main page reflect No Alerts for today while their sub page show alerts for veld fire conditions.  Confusion and conflict - No Alerts or Veld Fire Conditions????  Judging from the current conditions I would say that there is a warning out for Veld Fires.  SAWS made it known that they are the only authoritative voice to issue warnings. If so then do not issue conflicting warnings!  This is not the first time that conflicting and confusing weather warnings were issued.   Maybe the time has come for MSBWX to implement an alternative private system to keep the public informed.
