Finally: As always let's stay alert. The past two cold fronts did not produce severe weather. We need real time weather observations i.o.w. if you observe heavy rain, flooding, strong wind, rough seas, storm damage etc. inform the SAWXREP so that we in turn can keep the people informed. Tweet us at @SAWXREP or send us an email by clicking HERE. Do not assume that SAWXREP knows for certain that severe weather has occurred. Help us to spread the word about severe weather and NEVER assume that your weather observation report is not important. Every year people are killed or seriously injured by severe weather despite advanced warnings. While some did hear the warning, other heard the warning and did not respond or pay attention to it. There is really no better way than real time weather observation reports by the public when it comes to reporting severe weather in an area. SAWXREP would like to hear from you.
