The latest prediction charts indicate that parts of the  Western-, Southern- and Northern Cape can expect cooler weather today. The heat wave has dissipated in these areas, however parts of the Eastern Cape will still experience hot weather accompanied by high humidity and discomfort levels. East London can expect a temperature of  34 Deg/C today with rain later this evening.

There is already a change in the weather for Mossel Bay.  Light rain (total 6mm) is expected to fall this afternoon but it will still be warm (max 25°C this morning, min 15°C this evening). Winds decreasing (fresh winds from the SSW this afternoon, light winds from the ENE by Wed morning).

Is this the last hot and humid weather we can expect before winter sets in?
