Thunderstorms and showers possible in parts of the Western Cape (13 February 2014)
The weather changed this afternoon in Mossel Bay with fog coming in from the sea moving in a north westerly direction at about 500 ft. Cumulus clouds were visible at times through the fog. A cold front is approaching the Cape and is now clearly visible on the latest satellite images. This front is expected to move in over the Western Cape by tomorrow. There is a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms tomorrow (13 February 2014) in parts of the Western Cape stretching up as far as Beaufort West.
Mossel Bay Weather will monitor the approaching cold front and will provide further updates if necessary.
