Update: Weather Outlook: Mossel Bay Mini Air Race 12 October 2013

UPDATE 12 October 2013 - 10H30:  Gale force SW wind now blowing in Mossel Bay.  In the last few minutes the wind was Westerly (W) at an average speed of 39 km/h, reaching up to 58 km/h and a low of 18 km/h. The gust strength is 40 km/h above the minimum speed.  

07h30 - The Mossel Bay Mini Air Race has been postponed to the 13 October 2013. Herewith an update of the expected weather for the next three days in Mossel Bay.  Light rain (total 7mm), mostly falling on Sat afternoon. Very mild (max 18°C on Sat morning, min 11°C on Sat night). Winds decreasing (near gales from the SW on Sat afternoon, calm by Mon morning).  Real Time Weather Observation Heiderand, Mossel Bay:  Highest wind-gust this morning = 34 km/h (WSW)
