Real Time Weather Observation: Oudtshoorn - 25 October 2013 07h00 SAST - SA Weather Reports
Janet Mcdonald-Belstead reports:
Very unusual for Oudtshoorn to have storms, but two Highveld storms in the Little Karoo within 12 hours? Wow - stunning skies, long lightning flashes and very loud thunder claps! (Reminded me of when we used to stay in Jhb) Only problem now is the humidity - we are used to the dry heat and now everything is so sticky!
First storm with rain around 6pm Thurs evening, second storm started around 5:30am this morning and has only now started easing off. Gorgeous!
