Storm Report: George (12 October 2013 19h50 SAST)

Talked to Raymond de Kock yesterday morning (13 October 2013).  Raymond indicated that George experienced a fairly intense thunderstorm, lightning and hail on Saturday the 12 October 2013.  He further indicated that the storm were accompanied by heavy rain (cloudburst).  George recorded 25 mm of rain.

SAWS recorded the following rainfall figures:  Knysna (Charlesford) 32mm, Tsitsikamma (EC) 30mm, Stormsriver (EC) 29mm, George 25mm, Plettenberg Bay 22mm, Avontuur (WC) 18mm.
