GEORGE NEWS - George Herald staff heard with great shock and sadness of
the untimely death on Sunday 21 September of Riaan Cilliers, the head of
the South African Weather Service in George.
Riaan ensured that the weather updates in all of Group Editors' papers appeared every week without a glitch.

he introduced to the public in November last year. His career at SAWS
