SAWS SEVERE WEATHER ALERTS:
WARNINGS: Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in places
over the extreme western part of North-West, central and the
northern parts of the Northern Cape,West Coast District and
Central Karoo in the Western Cape as well as the extreme
western and southern parts of the Free State.
WATCHES: Severe thunderstorms are expected in place over the
northern interior and eastern escarpment of the Eastern
Cape, the extreme southern parts of the Free State, as
well as the extreme south-eastern Northern Cape.
SPECIAL WEATHER ADVISORIES: 1. Extremely uncomfortable and humid conditions are expected in places
over the interior of the West Coast District, western parts of the Cape
Winelands and Central Karoo Districts of the Western Cape province
on Wednesday. 2.Extremely hot conditions are expected in places over the interior of the
West Coast District, western parts of the Cape Winelands and Central Karoo
Districts of the Western Cape Province on Wednesday.
