Current forecast models still indicate the possibility of medium to heavy rain
(10 - 25mm) for parts of the Southern Cape from the 28 - 30 January 2014. An upper
trough is expected to move in over the Southern Cape accompanied by
tropical moist air from Namibia. There is also the possibility of
instability which could result in thunderstorms in parts of the Western-
, Southern Cape and Karoo. The upper air trough can clearly be seen on this mornings satellite images.
